I find the solitary and Hitchcock-esque appeal beautifully contrasting with the song’s sentimental melody. And I definitely love the homage to the 50s classic “Night of the Hunter”.
Dear Joan, whoever you are, you’re a very lucky girl because Wincy wrote a song this beautiful for you. In fact, it’s his favorite in the album. But I think I’m luckier because I get to be with him. :)
